Our Story
Machines & Methods was founded in 1985 by Anthony and Marlene Parr as a small, independent machine-tool business serving manufacturers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Anthony brought the entrepreneurial vision and industry knowledge, while Marlene helped shape the practical,
hardworking values behind the company. Together, they built M&M around real products, long-term relationships and personal service — principles that still define the business 40 years later.
Today, Machines & Methods combines the responsiveness of a boutique, family-founded company with the experience and relationships to support everything from local job shops to complex, multimillion-dollar manufacturing programs. Four decades of steady growth and long-term customer relationships have given M&M the stability to support projects of significant scale.
